Vodafone billing - again ...
Very helpful lady at Vodafone but apparently they can't fix the incorrect billing until the billing cycle is complete. They have to wait until the bill has been raised before re-crediting the erroneous charges. And I may or may not have to call in again to get this done. Aaaagh!
